We been surprised about the kindness and good attention of hotel staff especially people on breakfast time. We enjoyed our stay at Barcelona, it's a beautiful and cosmopolitan city. All the places that we visited were really pretty. Also the food, landscapes and the beach were spectacular.

Uncomfortable..The room is hot and smells like sewer.

Hotel was amazing. Perfect location to all important attractions. The roof top had great views of the city. The staff was polite, helpful and always smiling. Jon, Ander, Javier, Carla, Christina and Carlos were fantastic. The breakfast team were also very pleasant.

Everything was excellent!!! The staff are very nice..

Excellent service, very helpful and very professional and friendly, I'll definitely come back here

The hotel was close to Sagrada family. It was very nice hotel and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of choices. The most important of all, the metro was 200 metres away from the hotel. The mattress was good, but anyway the bed waggled, there was smth uncomfortable.

we got free upgrade on the room which has a view of the famalia. hotel staff is very helpful and speaks very good english.

Friendly and helpful staff that spoke English well. The room was clean and updated. The bed was too firm for us and pillows flat. The location was near the metro station. Highly rated resturants were not near the hotel. Great view of the Lagrada Familia from the roof top terrace.

Bed could be better and better toiletries would be good . Good location near sagrada.

Looks and feels like a W or Aloft, very modern and well designed. Was able to check in early (9AM) which I did not expect and was upgraded to a room with a view. However, you can tell the furniture is cheap and I found some stains on one of the pillows. Would stay there again tho.

We're glad we paid extra for the Sagrada Familia view, since the non-view room we first booked had a depressing view. Our room was quiet and had an interesting view of men working on the spires during the day and of the church lit up at night. There are lots of cranes and scaffolds now, but it's still interesting. Even though the lady who served us tapas downstairs was very nice, the food wasn't very good at all. We never did make it inside the Sagrada Familia, since the lines were about 45 minutes long the 2 times we checked. This is not a very attractive part of Barcelona, but it would be a good base for the Sagrada Familia outside the busy summer season.

The hotel was just what we expected from reading the reviews. Located behind La Sagrada Familia, which is a great tourist attraction, it was very clean and modern. Staff was very courteous, eager to help. They let us print vouchers and boarding passes for free. Not sure if the amenities warrant a 4-star rating (no pools or gym or anything extra), and we noticed that they wouldn't replenish our shampoo or soaps unless we asked. However, it provided a nice, clean homebase during our Barcelona stay. Neighborhood felt very safe; the metro (which was awesome, btw) was a block away, 10 minute ride to the Gothic quarter and other atractions.
