The room was old and had a musty smell. The bathroom needed new caulking. The water that came out of the sink was a yellowish color. Lucky we only stayed 1 night.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and gave us extra towels as requested. The room, building, and grounds were clean and well maintained. The property was quiet, especially at night. I appreciated the mini fridge in the room. The room was also spacious and had everything we needed. The view was great! The lobster restaurant across the street was a wonderful walkable bonus!

This was the worst stay of our trip. The AC didn’t work in the first room (and we were there during the heat dome), the bathroom shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water went everywhere in the both room. Also, the floor was gross so we wore shoes or socks the whole time. Location was good, but this was just awful.
