very small bathroom extremely small shower, ok for a one night no where else to go stay, clean right on busy bar harbor rd, so clean & cheap, no refrigerator in room and ac blows down on to bed irritating
This motel was excellent value for the money. The owner was very nice and gave excellent recommendations for breakfast spots. We stayed in a cabin for two nights and found it to be clean and cozy. The following night we were in the motel proper because the cabins were all booked. That room was quite spacious and again quite clean. Given the proximity to the national park it was definitely a great deal. Also there is a grocery just down the road on the way to Bar Harbor. Definitely recommend for the budget conscious!
We have stayed here before. The place is pretty plain, but it is neat and clean and very reasonably priced. We don't need anything fancy, just a clean neat place to sleep. We spent most of our time in Acadia and Bar Harbor. We'd rather spend our money on meals.
If you’re looking for a simple place to sleep, nothing fancy, then this a good place.
Easy to find, and less $$ than others around. VG value for the money
Small, cheap hotel with a room when we needed it. Given the price, it was a reasonable choice. Actually a bit better than I expected.
It is convenient to Acadia N. P. The people who work there are very nice. The breakfast is a joke though, plan on going out to eat or bring your own. They had coffee, hot tea, those cheap little powder , mini chocolate, mini cinnamon donuts. That's all!! We stayed in one of the little cabins. The refrigerator was nice to have.
