"Excelente hotel, con unas instalaciones muy buenas y la gente muy amable y profesional. En lo menos positivo (no diria que es algo negativo), deberian de cambiar algo en el menu del restaurante de un dia para otro, o tener un poco mas de variedad."

"Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice."

"Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok ..."
