I would give this hotel 10/10, but I can only give it 9/10. The last buffet breakfast I ordered an omelette, I waited too long and had to check with two waitresses to get my food. And they gave the wrong choice finally. May be the management should check on the process.

A lovely hotel and stay. It is situated in a busy district, but the hotel is nicely positioned so it never felt like we were in the centre of town. The staff were lovely and a high standard of service was provided. A good all-round facility, the gym, pool and breakfast were high quality.

Everything was amazing. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only downside I would say was that breakfast was kind of expensive. It was really good don’t get me wrong but it was pricey. Beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly. If and when I go back to Bangkok I will definitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable with lovely linens and soft pillows. The air conditioning works really well and floor to ceiling panoramic windows. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, fantastic shower pressure and nice quality toiletries. Nice swimming pool, large gym and a great rooftop bar. All the staff are polite and very professional. well located near the SkyTrain, shopping centres, bars and restaurants _ could not fault the hotel on any way _ loved it
