The staff were absolutely incredible, never said no and was always available no matter what, I cannot praise this hotel enough, its well worth the extra money, if your coming to Bangkok this is the only choice that should be on your list. We stayed in room 3113 and I would highly recommend anyone ask for a room on that side of the building, maybe ask them before booking which side that is and kindly ask for the same, the higher the better, the view from your room will blow your mind. This Carlton Hotel was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a lot of selection and was high quality. It’s located near a Skytrain and subway station and within a half kilometre from a few malls. It’s a busy area.
