I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel! Beautiful facilities, friendly staff. Very nice gym. Free breakfast every morning- excellent food. They also recognized my birthday by providing me with a tasty chocolate dessert and made a birthday cake out of towels! Definitely would stay there again! Very safe area!

We loved our stay at the Carlton Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was amazing, with a super comfortable bed and floor‑to‑ceiling windows overlooking the city. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, which made the hotel feel like a lovely retreat from busy Bangkok.

I had a wonderful stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel offers great amenities, from the beautiful pool and gym to the excellent breakfast options. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully done. I felt completely comfortable during my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I would give this hotel 10/10, but I can only give it 9/10. The last buffet breakfast I ordered an omelette, I waited too long and had to check with two waitresses to get my food. And they gave the wrong choice finally. May be the management should check on the process.

A lovely hotel and stay. It is situated in a busy district, but the hotel is nicely positioned so it never felt like we were in the centre of town. The staff were lovely and a high standard of service was provided. A good all-round facility, the gym, pool and breakfast were high quality.
