1) The staff at the reception aren't very professional.
2) The hotel asks for a deposit. Carry 1000 in currency notes, as they do not accept cards for this purpose. (They refused to give me the room until I pay up and made me go to the ATM, even after telling I had the room fully paid for and I need to freshen up before stepping out for the cash).
3) The Italian restaurant at the ground floor is the only option and is just ok.
4) The rooms are spacious and decent, but basic with no toiletries/tea/etc. The control of the water temperature is complex or non-existent.
5) Suitable for a budget traveller not expecting any frills.
