Had an amazing stay at the Tukad Villa! The staff there are unreal and don’t hesitate to help you with anything. As it is a bit of a way out from Seminyak square and the beach, they have a free shuttle to anywhere in Seminyak and Legian! Can’t fault!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Tukad villas. Great private pool with no one overlooking it, amazing people and service. A bit out of the way, which we liked as really quiet and we just used the shuttle to go in to Seminyak, with a taxi home.

La villa que nous avons loué était exactement comme sur la description ( voir même mieux ). Ce n’est pas un hôtel classique, il y une petite réception et le reste se passe dans votre villa. Nous avions le petit déjeuner servi dans notre villa tous les matins. Et le room service efficace aussi. Si nous voulions aller en ville, vous pouvez demander un taxi à la réception ou alors ils vous proposent un shuttle gratuit. Le personnel est très sympa. Nous avons adoré notre séjour .

Sehr ansprechende Unterkunft, viel Platz, großer Pool- alles wie auf den Fotos. Bett sehr bequem. Wenn man genau schaut sieht man allerdings einige kleine Mängel, Anlage ist nicht mehr ganz neu und an manchen Ecken könnte etwas Farbe helfen. In den Aussenbereichen muss man mit kleinen Tierchen rechnen, kleine Eidechsen kamen jeden Tag, aber sowas ist für Bali normal....... Das Personal ist äußerst nett und sehr unkompliziert, auch die Lage fanden wir im Zusammenhang mit einem RentalBike als Top - man liegt schön mittig und ist mit dem Scooter schnell überall. Das inkludierte Frühstück wurde immer pünktlich geliefert und wir fanden es völlig ausreichend. Für Bali eine durchaus wieder zu wählende Unterkunft, kleine Abstriche dafür aber toller Preis.

The photos of the property must have been the originals as the place looked nothing like pictures. It had a huge mould spot over the bed, the paint is peeling off the walls and the vanity was so dirty I didn't want to brush my teeth in it. I do feel it should always be mentioned or at least shown when your bathroom is totally outdoors because we would not have gone there in the first place.

The perfect Villa with private pool!

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Tukad Villa. The staff were incredible - always friendly and there to help but respected your privacy as well. The room, garden and pool were cleaned every day to spotless condition and the breakfast was fab! The Villa was a little bit further out of Seminyak that others but I preferred to be out of the mayhem and there was always a free shuttle available to take you into town when you needed. The taxi back was super cheap - only approx $5AUD.

Very spacious villa with decent sized pool. Friendly staff too. Unfortunately for us our main issue was the wifi which would hardly let us connect, small issue but just be aware. Also this villa is a good 5 minute taxi from town so good if you want the quiet but not really what we were after

Accidentally booked and forgot to cancel

Accidentally booked double accommodation for a holiday in Bali. Completely forgot (booked it 5months before trip). I had no contact from them until 3 days after I was meant to have checked in (an email asking what I thought of check in). Went to see them to explain and cancel in the hope I may get some form of compensation, but nope was charged the entire amount for accommodation I never stayed at. Biggest $3000 mistake of my life! When browsing accommodation only ever book the one you are 100% going to stay in, don’t get sucked in by free cancellations cause you might forget. Although a big learning for me, I think that there is room for improvement from Expedia and Villas to make contact prior to check ins to confirm.

The place was very peaceful. The room and private pool was perfect, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Imrovements could be made wtih 1) the wifi because it’s slow sometimes, 2) the tub because the water flow is slow so took a while to fill it up, 3) kitchen could be cleaner.

The worst villa

The villa is the worst! First, there is a private swimming pool in our villa, we wanted to swim in the evening, but we can’t do that since lots of insects in the swimming pool, and also in the house! How horrible ! Second, when we wanted to take a bath and shower, we find that there is no hot water! We try to call the helper. And the helper said ‘ yes, there is no hot water, maybe you take a shower tomorrow.’ I can’t believe that I have heard! Althougt we can take a shower in another villa with hot water, this experience make me feel angry ! Third, we find that the villa internet can not connect (the grab)apps. After we checked out, we wanted to go to airport, so we try to use the apps to call the vans, but it can not connect! The staff said they have a transport service to help us, but it is 300,000 IDR!!!! OMG, if I call the taxi, it is cheaper than that! It make me feel confused that why the apps cannot connect, I hope that is not their trick! I love Bali this place, but I will never to go this villa ever! This is so worst experience that I have!

Great Hotel away from all the Mayhem

We have stayed at Tukad a couple of times the staff are fantastic and cant do enough for you. The rooms are always very clean and pool is private and always sparkling. Its only a 5 minute ride up the road to anything your looking for but far enough away so you can sleep during the day if you want. The air con, hot water and everything else are always in good working order. If you leave your room 4 times a day every time you return the place has been cleaned and restocked. Security is excellent and staff can be trusted with money left in your room. Anyone that whinges about geckos around your villa should stay away from this place or better still stay away from Bali altogether. Would highly recommend this place.
