Is a lovely hotel, the staff, service and room were fantastic. We LOVED the bed and the pillows. The only problem was the pool. The pool itself is perfect, it looks great and is well maintained, but the sun lounges up the far end are stained and under the frangipanis that drop leaves and sap on you. Also there was constantly uncleared plates and glassware around the pool. Even at night time going back to our rooms. Also, we had to go elsewhere for pool time as the music was always up so loud you couldn’t read a book. We’re not adverse to loud music either, it was my 17 year old and myself in our group. Everything else was great. Your staff were lovely and helpful, you completely cupcakes etc, although unfortunately our first one had two hairs on and underneath it, so we didn’t eat them. Otherwise you are doing a great job. 👍

I stayed at this resort recently and was very disappointed with my experience. The property did not meet the expectations set by their photos and description. The rooms were poorly maintained, the cleanliness was not up to standard, and the service was slow and unhelpful. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and hospitality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort to families or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. There are many better options available nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jambuluwuk. My room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking one of the pools. The bed was huge and the room had everything I needed. The downstairs pool is long enough to do laps (30 metres maybe) and there's also a shallow pool for the kids. There's also a waterfall. The rooftop pool is smaller but plenty big enough. Umbrella's would be handy though. Possibly a wind issue while I was there. The food options are great with some daily specials around the pool and they have a restaurant at the front which was good. It's busy around the hotel with lots of shopping and eating options and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and that's Balinese people in general. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very average, breakfast was terrible ants all Over the bread for toast 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there Limited options food wise and juice not cold was far from good! The hotel states that it is five star but I don't think this is the case. It looks like it is in need of some TLC. There are dirty walls and and some repointing needed. I would say a 3.5 star. The bathroom overflow, plug and door handle were not working well. But he aircon worked ok. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bit green and the deck on the lower floor is in need of replacing. Staff were good. No shuttle to the village square which is a shame as it will cost $15 a taxi ride to get there. Other hotels have this facility. The pools were nice and cleen. Good cleaning by housekeeping. Not a bad hotel but sadly a few cracks showing. The breakfast was just ok. If it wasn't for the omelet maker it would have been a little disappointing. Wierd shop on the corner that never opens lol. We had a good time.
