Thoroughly enjoyed, great for families. Stayed 6 nights and rooms and service were excellent, staff were exceptional and rooms were very spacious and accommodating. Meals were lovely and staff could not do enough for you. The only fault is that we could not stay longer.
Stayed 10 days here in Garden Villa - loved it! An oasis of calm on a busy road, but you'd never know as you can't hear traffic once you are inside the resort. Loved the deep Swimming pool, indoor/outdoor shower, efficient AirCon and great staff. We loved the beautiful Dewik who was so helpful and sweet and also Dede who was always ready to give you whatever you asked for. A really great place to stay
Travelling with our son (14 years) we were due to spend 12 nights at the Sri Phala and we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay another 6 nights. The staff at Sri Phala are wonderful and kind people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We stayed in a 2 bedroom garden villa which was amazing. Our son had upstairs to himself with his own bathroom - it was his retreat!! We had a massive room downstairs and an outdoor bathroom which was fantastic. The gardens in the Sri Phala are beautiful you feel like you are in the tropics. The location is off the main by-pass but once you walk inside you don't hear any noise at all and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is bike hire next door and the boardwalk along Sanur beach is great. Breakfast was great, if the resort was busy it was a buffet and if quiet you get to chose from the menu. Staff also organised a late check out for us as we had a late flight. Great place, great staff, great location. We will definitely be back to the Sri Phala.
We decided to come back to Sanur, close to the Airport and well-known hotel that we visited 2 years ago. We even got the same room as last time, which were nice. But I most admit that the saying about not going back to something good is real. We got very disappointed about the breakfast, the coffee were thinking and they have cut of the banana pancakes. And we both thought it was very boring. Otherwise the place is nice and it is a good place to be, compare to kuta. We only give it 3 because of the lousy breakfast.
We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour of Java & Bali. The location was on the edge of town and a 5 minute walk from the beach. This is an international resort with KFC, Pizza Hut etc! Our large room was on the 2nd floor and had a balcony. The air con was quiet and the breakfasts were good. Wifi was slow.
Travelling with friends of ours, so 2 couples and all 4 of us LOVED Sri Phala - it was a quiet relaxing jungle-ish hideaway where you least expected it, served excellent breakfast, close to amenities & the beach and the staff were absolutely phenomenal.
Stayed at the resort from 27-29th march. First night was soso, we realised there were a LOT of mosquitoes in the room even though we kept the doors closed all the time. Next day was Nyepi so was stuck in the resort, asked staff for mosquito repellent but they didn't have. They gave us an electric repellent instead. Next night was even worse it was so terrible. Literally a swarm of mosquitoes. We hardly slept. Room 231, probably some kind of mosquito breeding ground. I'm back home now but i got an allergic reaction to the bites. Worst resort stay ever, sadly i felt the service was nice. Just a shame about the infested room.
I would say its heaven on earth thats how we felt in our 3 days of our stay there. Hotel was very clean, pool was nice my kids loved two different pools there with two different breakfast spots view was good. walking distance from grocery stores and beach. We had to take cab to go to restaurants. breakfast was yummy cooked every morning different dishes and we tried local balinese dishes. there were lots of choices for vegetarian and I saw good meat food too like beacons in the breakfast but dont know the quality. I would say if its not organic dont eat meat outside your home country. You never know how they are treating those animals. Anyway, lots of kosher food was available. staff was nice and helpful. There was a cat hanging out our private villa and me and my daughter went to the kitchen to get some milk and staff happily gave us some. It was little expensive for us same as US price almost. We paid $200 per night but it was well worth it. Kids had upstairs room and we had downstairs. it was like renting private home for three days.free wifi which my kids loved. There was one bird that liked to sit on our room's roof every night for three nights in the row and made weired sounds which scared our kids the first night and we couldn't sleep well during our stay, even though we let staff know about it and they did everything they could but that bird somehow able to get there. we definitely be back if they can do something about that bird and this time with Mosquito replant because we forgot to pack ours.
Had to stay here cos ny leg hurts so bad. They gave me room no 101 or 102 i forgot but it located near parking lot. The room was dark, old stuff, but wait till u see the toilet. The water is black. Yes, it was black. U didnt read it wrong. I filled up the bathub with some bath foam, first the water was clear. While waiting, i washed off my face with soap, therefore my eyes closed, then i rinsed off and felt something wrong with the water. I opened my eyes and shocked to see the water turned black. Also in the bathub. Never ever gonna return here. Not recommended. At all.
We had a lovely stay at Sri Phala. We stayed here for 2 nights before our visit to Nusa Lembongan via Sanur. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and food. We loved that the resort is so green! The resort is also very close to the beach (3 min walk) with a couple of descent restaurants.
