The hotel has a large and green area, very shady and cool. Gurgling water from the fish pond located behind the lobby adds to the beautiful atmosphere. The hotel also provides a children's play area in the spacious back garden. The breakfast selection is diverse, the taste of the food is standard. All staff is friendly. The pool is great and there is a pool for kids. The spacious lobby makes guests comfortable to wait.
The complimentary message is only 10 minutes and must be used in the first two days of stay. it would be more worthwhile if this could be extended to an hour. Perhaps the rooms can be given an option if you want a brighter room by providing the appropriate lights.
This is a nice resort property in the city. They have security stationed out front, however this property feels very safe We are in a building adjacent to the swimming pool however it is still restful here. This is a good location to stay
The beach at the end of the road needs some cleanup, resort is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Has a bizzare arrangement where you can't book things to your room unless you have credit in an account. Weirdest thing I've heard of and subsequently made sure we didn't spend any money in the resort.
Great Hotel when taking kids to Bali, rooms were clean staff were great, buffet breakfast had a good selection close to beach and board walk to Lippo Mall / Centro shopping centres was not to long, short trip to Airport, we have stayed 3 times
Stayed here for 1 night on a stopover. Booked a deluxe room which was clean and comfortable. Nice views of the garden and hotel generally seemed calm and peaceful. Gardens are lush and green and a great escape from the hustle of Kuta. Breakfast was tasty and nice quality. Staff all friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun chairs. It was a huge shame though to see the sunken pool bar was not operational and was just for show as that could be a great area to have a drink or cocktail and mingle with other guests and promote happy hours like the majority of hotels in Bali the pool bar is always a feature.
We were shocked to receive such poor staff attitude at the reception ! Harrassed and disturbed in the room to make payment immediately, inspite of meeting the sales manager in advance and promised courtesies were broken ! Never again in this hotel !
We are RCI members and we were lucky to get this resort on an exchange. We wanted to stay a few days in Kuta and see the surrounding area. We had a nice welcome from the staff. We arrived early afternoon and it was nice that we were able to check in early. We had a nice room close to the reception area and away from the construction. We headed to the bar afterwards to get our welcome drinks. It was non-alcoholic and we needed more of a refresher. We had a Bintang Beer for a the first time. We ordered appetizers and they were good and reasonably priced. Kuta is a bustling city and the resort is 5 min walking distance to the beach and mall. Although we are close to a busy street lined with bars and restaurants, it is surprisingly quiet and relaxing in our resort. We enjoyed a wonderful and much needed massage in our resort after all the long flights and lots of walking in the places we visited. 😊 Overall, we were satisfied with the resort - the staff, food, and location were very good. I only wish that the resort is on a beach. The only issue we had was that we didn’t truly understand what Nyepi Day was. Our checkout was March 17 and found out due to research that there is NO travel allowed in all of Bali. I had to check out on March 16 and paid an extra night in another resort. No one warned me!
Stayed there during our trip to Bali. This resort is very beautifully maintained, full of gardens having local flowering plants and tress( gives a fresh feeling). The room was nice , service good. The restaurant offered delicious local cuisine, the swimming pool was well maintained. The best part was their spa. We went for a traditional Balinese couple spa ( 3 hrs), it was rejuvenating ( they run quite busy so book 1-2 days in advance). Overall had a great time their.
We stayed in a one bedroomed suite (2302) for 7 days. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely relaxing pool. The gardens were just lovely and the room spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff are what made our stay a fantastic one. Every single member of staff were friendly and welcoming. Particular shout out to Lili at reception and all the kitchen and bar staff. The pool - ample wooden loungers with thick pads which meant they were very comfortable and relaxing. You get a fresh beach towel every day dispensed by the towel exchange man and his lovely cat! Restaurant - we only ate breakfast, but there was a wide range including eggs cooked to order and pancakes with plenty fresh fruit. Nice Coffee too. Bar - the drinks were more expensive than outside the hotel but you would expect that. Lovely friendly staff and a pool table. Spa - we had a free half hour massage included in our package and also paid for s facial - very good service and nice and relaxing surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.
