This is an amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t be more delightful and helpful, they are kind and gracious. The rooms are amazing , and have everything you could possibly need. The breakfasts are outstanding and the choice and that it is delivered to your villa anyone 24 hours a day is the best. The thoughth that the staff and management put into your stay is beyond anything I have experienced. The swimming pool in the main area is stunning and so quiet. The spa rivals anything in seriously the best hotels In the world. This property and its superb facilities and exceptional staff including their drivers (Zee the best) is without question 5 star and 10/10. The resort is walking distance from the beach and a minutes walk to some great shops and restaurants. Semiyak is busy, the traffic is crazy, but the tranquility as soon as your return to the hotel is beyond belief- you hear nothing ! Also the entire area feels incredibly safe and welcoming.

The facilities and villas are gorgeous, but the customer service is what sets this resort apart. The butler service, 24 hour breakfast (included) served in bed, in the living room, pool side or floating, and a magnificent spa are highlights. Semyanak area and beach are a perfect Bali spot.
