Location was perfect! Central to night life, shopping, restaurants and very close to the beach. Staff for very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was restocked daily, towels changed daily… housekeeping was great.

The hotel is very run down. They are supposed to be refurbishing it but I can’t see where? The pool loungers are in shocking condition, not safe to sit on. Choice at breakfast wasn’t great quality. Very disappointing stay overall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

Definitely not up to a 4-star standard and definitely not worth the price. It looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a suite with a bathtub, but all the suite rooms face the street and a nearby club—no nice view, and it was noisy until the club closed at 1 a.m. There were no noise-cancelling windows, which made it hard to sleep. Even after room cleaning, there were still stains on the bed. The hotel doesn’t offer any laundry facilities or services. They only provided two bath towels—no medium or small ones. Most of the facilities are old and worn down; one of the deck chairs even had a hole in it. The only positive is that it’s very close to the beach, but overall, not worth the money

Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I can't say enough how much we enjoyed staying here. The suite we were in was nice, and everything was clean. The service was great, anything we needed we were accommodated for. The receptionists was oh so lovely and she really made my stay amazing. He smile and warmth was nice and very appreciated. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was a joy. Everyone was truly amazing. We also loved the location of the hotel. Anything you need is right around the corner. From shops, to food, nicknacks, you name it and it's in the area. This hotel is amazing. We came all the way from California and would do it all over again. Thank you D'prima Hotel, we love you guys and we'll definitely miss Seminyak.

We were staying through the Bali Hindu New Year and Silent Day. The staff had limited English. The restaurant also did not have the correct change when paying with cash.

My room was facing a nightclub, which plays loud music until 1am. I asked for a room change, and that was granted quickly and with a smile. When staying here, please ensure that you ask for a room away from the nightclub. Everything else was great, staff, service, cleanliness etc.Room service food is great, I had a mix grill seafood dish with chips. This hotel is a 7 minute walk from Seminyak Village, a shopping centre. There is a gym next to Seminyak Village as well. Very easy to call Grab/Gojek cars or scooters. Tell driver not to confuse this hotel with D'primahotel Petitenget Seminyak. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Zenata at reception, service with a smile. :)

Our room was labeled as a Deluxe Room, but the view was disappointing. While the room itself was clean, the toilet seat was stained and appeared unclean. We typically enjoy lively areas, but the noise at night was overwhelming due to the nearby club, people shouting on the street, and constant honking from motorbikes. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent! Overall, considering the price, the experience was just okay.
