Perfect Vacation at Sand Star
Welcome to Sand Star! If you are looking for luxury and location, don't miss Sand Star! Sand Star offers one of the best locations on the island! Walk to the ferry, West Beach or to the BHI Club. Situated only seconds from the marina, Sea Star is a lovely three bedroom luxury property. The expansive front porch, both covered and open is the perfect place to enjoy sunsets, or just relax in one of the rocking chairs. There is also an outside dining area to enjoy an alfresco meal.
Step inside the foyer, and a large open floor plan greets you. A large sectional sofa and chairs surround a 60" smart tv, and gas fireplace. Its a wonderful living area where guests will enjoy watching a movie or relaxing by the fire. To the left of the living area is an open kitchen with granite tops, and upgraded appliances, and full kitchen which will satisfy any chef. There is a 6 person kitchen table and bar top seating in the kitchen. A huge dining room is filled with light, and the perfect spot for a formal dinner. Also on this level is a large guest room with a Queen bed, this guest room shares a full bath with the downstairs area. A large washer and dryer and laundry facility is off the kitchen with an ice maker in this room.
The second level offers 3 rooms. The Master suite offers a King size bed and 50" TV with ample space and sitting area. There is also a balcony off the Master through French doors. The Master bath features twin sink vanities and quartz counter tops with a huge walk-in glass tiled shower with multiple shower heads.
The 3rd guest suite offers a King bed. Also on the 2nd floor is a full office.
Bald Head Island Club and Golf Access is available, please contact the BHI Club to make reservations and payment. Bikes and Umbrellas are not provided, we recommend renting from Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge. Beach Chairs are provided. Beach towels are provided, please launder and replace if used.

Great Rental for family of 5!
We had the best time on our long weekend on Bald Head! The house was perfect and had everything we needed from pots and pans to cooking seasonings! The location was great with close access to the marina and beach access within walking distance. We would however recommend going further down the road to another beach access for better views.
Overall the house was perfect for our group of five. We were able to enjoy every bit of the house from lounging in the large den to rocking away on the porch! The house came with two golf carts-4 seater and 6 seater. Bit of a tight squeeze to pull them out but we were able to manage. If there was anything we would change it would be adding blinds to the bathrooms. Primarily the master bathroom. The other house is in close proximity with views that look directly into the main bathroom.
Overall a great getaway for all of us and would return again!

Great place, but....
Overall this place was wonderful but only had one negative thing to say about property. None of the 3 bathroom windows had any blinds or curtains on them at all so was a little discerning, especially at night time. Would definitely stay here again but only if that was addressed.
