Only minutes from the Shoals Club, the private Middle Island community offers tennis, quiet surroundings and a haven all to itself on Bald Head Island. An open floor plan with plenty of room for gathering and dining is enhanced by water views. The first floor offers a comfortable and private living area with a bedroom with two queen beds and is connected to a full bath. The first level sitting and sleeping area contains a separate room complete with table and chairs easily accomodating games or laptops. Stepping outside from the first floor you will find a double outdoor shower, hammock, picnic table and a private boardwalk to the beach.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
