NEW 2025! Completely renovated 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo located in Royal James

Experience Bald Head Island like a local in this Newly Renovated bedroom and 2 bath condo. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the Guest bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and the guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The bathrooms have all the essentials, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. This beautiful condo also offers wifi, Smart TV’s which are located in the living room and Master bedroom. The unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer. * I also supply the washing pods and fabric softener for your convenience.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need…plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffee pods. A basic selection of spices and cooking oil.

For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bikes. I also have provided everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.

*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have small children this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grills and picnic tables also in the pool area.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

My family had a wonderful stay in this well stocked, comfortable, clean apartment. Situated in a shady, quiet apartment complex with a pool in the middle of BHI it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! I would happily stay there again.

This trip was absolutely amazing thanks to DeAnne. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more. My grandma and I had the best time and I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will be coming back!

CondoWe couldn’t have asked for a better getaway in this wonderfully appointed condominium. Everything was just perfect, lovely touches like a variety of coffees and beach towels to use made this such an enjoyable vacation! Private and sheltered, this condo made for a relaxing week. The golf cart was in great condition and the cart cover was ideal for enjoying blustery days on beautiful Bald Head! Deanne was responsive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We look forward to our next visit!!

First time staying at Royal James and was pleasantly surprised. It was a quiet community, pool was small but looked nice and was maintained every day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! It’s honestly so much better than the pictures. It was pristinely clean when we arrived. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, cooking supplies, blankets, etc. It was centrally located so it was close to everything. We had everything we needed for the beach too! We did wish there was a high chair for our toddler available, but we made it work. We will be back!

I am already trying to figure out when I can come back! This condo is perfect. So nicely updated, extremely clean, has everything you need and more (like thoughtful laundry pods and extra soap, salt & pepper, the little things that really help on an island!) Plus the pool is a rare bonus on this island. Can’t say enough.
