Step inside to discover a cozy yet spacious 1,050 sq. ft. home featuring gleaming hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a reverse floor plan that maximizes light and views. Modern appliances, fresh interior paint, and updated bathrooms create a clean and inviting atmosphere where you can unwind with ease.
Outside, immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the island's marshlands. Take a stroll along picturesque walking paths, or enjoy access to BHI Creek via a private 400-foot dock perfect for fishing or crabbing. Try your hand at catching North Carolina's famed Red Drum or Blue Crab—it's an experience you won't forget!

Hop into the six-seater golf cart and explore the island in style. If you're looking to enhance your island experience, the Shoals Club is an optional purchase directly through the club, offering exclusive dining, refreshing pools, and breathtaking ocean views. (Club access must be arranged directly in advance.)

Amazing island getaway

Super clean, convenient to Shoals club, nice 6 passenger golf cart to access the entire island. Amazing walkway out into the marsh for fishing and wildlife viewing. We loved our stay!

This home was perfect for our staycation! It was very clean and seemed new/newly renovated. The front and back door locks were hard to lock, but that's the only con. I loved staying in all the trees and driving around on the golf cart that was provided!
