This review for the standard room: room was clean enough but uninspiring, not dark and gloomy but not light and happy either. Bed was clean, but foam mattress was the kind that sinks in where you need the support, and only the mattress sheet provided with a thin blanket, no top sheet. There was window that opened to a solid concrete wall only 6 inches away, so almost no light could enter that narrow space. Close to Burnham Park, but very busy area with small bus station, jeepney loading areas, and hard drinking KTV bars all very close to hotel. Overall, the standard room not a good value for the money charged, but ok for a night or two. Staff very nice and helpful

I just wonder when the hotel staff has received a proper training to follow such protocol or hotel management but knowing the Philippines maybe not. Expensive yet cheap! Philippines will always be at the bottom of the asian countries because of the careless mentality..
