I booked in advance just to make sure I will get a nice room but instead they check us in into a room with a faulty aircon. Second, everything in the room(bottled water, coffee, creamer that we used that we thought its free like other hotels, we were charged double the price. Nobody cleaned the room ... bathroom floor gets really wet because there is no shower curtain or shower door and no extra floor mat. I won’t recommend... service is very poor and staff are not friendly at all.

I accidentally booked a surplus room through your wretched site. The money was not refundable nor transferable to an additional room I required. Paid for a room I didn’t use and extra for one I did. A total disgrace. Bye bye Expedia. Of the three rooms I paid for allegedly superior not one had a window. Oh you need a deluxe room if you want a window sir. What nonsense!!

V Hotel Experience
