The luggages storage was not organized. People left their luggages every where in unorganized fashion.

Had to sleep on a BROKEN BED FRAME, mattress sank, did not replace frame, major back pain, was there 2 weeks, the last 4 days they moved me into a much better room. All the staff was very nice except for the assistant manager, she was rude and argumentative when I tried to resolve said matter.
This property is very eclectic in its design and usefulness. It is visibly quirky and fun! The staff (minus Marta from Italy - she is FAB!) are downright awful. The check in desk is the worst. They will not tell you basic things like, Hey, if you didn't bring a towel, you may wish to buy one here ...
The only thing that i really like about the hostel is its location - very close to yhe Central station and within walking distance from all the major sights. The cleanliness of the hostel is ok, but could be better. The kitchen is not open 24 hrs, which was a bummer for me. I had to check out early ...
