Logement spacieux, bien agencé, très bien équipé, très propre. Bonne isolation phonique. Toutefois, par forte chaleur la nuit, difficile de laisser fenêtres et volets ouverts compte tenu de la route passante à proximité. Mais possibilité d'ouvrir côté rivière.

Bon séjour maison agréable mais vraiment près de la route nous étions au courant nous avons voulu voir ! mais la route devant la location est très fréquentée par les voitures et les camions !un petit brise vue du côté route ne serait pas trop !il manque aussi une petite table de salon se qui n'ai pas primordiale !

Vacances reposantes en Dordogne. Logement propre et bien conçu où il ne manque rien (lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche linge, barbecue...). Petite attention de la propriétaire à notre arrivée.Belle piscine municipale à 2 minutes à pied.Beaucoup à faire dans la région:super accro branche l'appel de la forêt, grotte de Rouffignac à ne pas louper, château de Castelnaud la chapelle avec son petit resto mes tilleuls😊Seul point négatif, la proximité de la route avec du passage pour un petit village.

Logement confortable ,spacieux et très bien équipé cependant la proximité avec la départemental est gênante , beaucoup de passage et impossibilité d ouvrir ses fenêtres la journée et la nuit en pleine été . Le village d azerat est à proximité de lascaux mais il faut compter environ 40 /50 minutes pour faire les autres sites touristiques ( châteaux , Sarlat, grottes....). Très bon accueil de la propriétaire .

Top-gestyltes & renoviertes Haus mit liebevollen Details

Das Haus ist mit Geschmack & Liebe für Details eingerichtet. Küche, Badezimmer (mit Massagedusche), Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer (mit Spielsachen & Kuscheltieren für die Kinder) sind allesamt in einem Top-Zustand. Was wohl bei guten Ferienhäusern in Frankreich zum Standard gehört: Induktionsherd und elektrische Rolläden :-) Nicht zum Standard gehören ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierschrank und Eiswürfelmacher. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen gehört auch zum Objekt. Als 2 der solargetriebenen Rolläden am Samstag abend ausfielen, kamen Nicole und ihr Partner sofort und reparierten sie. Ein Bäcker / Mini-Supermarkt / Cafe ist weniger als 50 m entfernt. Einige Nachteile hat dieses Kleinod aber auch: (1) Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Und da in Frankreich viele Autos und Lastwagen die kostenpflichtigen Autobahnen vermeiden, kommt es hier immer wieder zu Verkehrslärm. Schade. (2): Dass Strom separat abgerechnet wird, fand ich eher ungewöhnlich. Waren bei uns zwar nur 1 EUR pro Tag, aber irgendwie überflüssig. Und (3) Es gab nicht genügend Toilettenpapier, ich fand kein Küchentuch und kein Waschpulver für die ansonsten gute Waschmaschine. Ich vermute aber, daß die Vermieter in diesen Details noch nachbessern werden.
