bugs in room and In shower, foul smell in bathroom no fan resolved using a deodorizer overall a decent hotel in a convenient location nothing more.
another bug in room killed myself but worth going and waiting for staff again to get rid of it

Clean, quiet hotel. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it looks nice and there are washrooms on the pool level. Basic room without a safe for belongings. Friendly staff. Water is available for purchase but it would be nice if there was a way to provide guests with filtered water to fill a personal water bottle instead of having to rely on bottled water.

In the central of Ayuthaya near to minibus to Bangkok. Plenty food and shops. Fresh market across the road. Tuk Tuk easily found. Hotel is average, room looking dated and old great for stop over for one night or two.

I recommend

Simple but very nice place. Pool does not see a lot of sun, so it's a bit chilly but still very nice on a hot day (or if you're not courageous than me). Staff is fantastic. They went out of their way to get me out of a pickel. Always smiley and friendly. Location is good. Just up the street from the archeological sites and many restaurants options within 5 minute walk

Don’t pay for free breakfast like I did , they have no food and did not make it right with refund or food , have free coffee 7to 9 and that is it . I show them on the web they advertise free breakfast, they could care less and keep my money

Location is good, nice looking property, at night the front of the building is covered in geckos. However, they messed up my reservations and did not offer to fix or compensate. The wifi was out my entire 2 night stay, there was no soap, but most upsetting was no way to make coffee or get coffee in the hotel, had to walk a block to 7-11 for hot coffee! Won’t mention the paper thin walls or the nightly bad concerts I was forced to attend from a bar over a block away. Upside, if you smoke you can go out the fire exits to smoke..?
