Positioned on the top floor of Townsend Place, the high ceilings and elegant design touches make for a welcoming space to build for lasting memories. Spoil yourself to the luxury and comfort of the Restoration Hardware furniture all around the penthouse and the hip and modern art by Oliver Gal gallery. The condo has a wood burning fireplace, steam shower, private balcony with grill, fully equipped kitchen with high end crystal glassware, serving sets and plates for an ultra elegant dinner or just Apres ski. For your convenience there is high speed internet, smart TVs in each room, satellite Bose speaker, Xbox loaded with variety of games. Enjoy the in ground hot tub after a long day of skiing. If your kids rather go sledding no problem you are steps away from Beaver Creek Park. This is a prime location walking distance from exclusive shopping , dining and entertaining. Spacious and easy ski-in/out

Loved having upstairs space and separate beds for our two teens. Kitchen is well stocked with more than anything you could need or imagine. Host gracious, helpful and quick communicator. Easy path to grab lift in am or quick walk to town. Loved the HOT outdoor hot tub. Would definitely rent again.

Nice and convenient

Cute condo with a very comfortable bed. Super close to the village (5-7 min walk) and is also very much ski in and ski out. Lockers for skis downstairs super convenient. Loved everything about this place.
