Great location, good staff, nice pool/spa. Last minute booking and worked well for us.

We’ve been staying here for the past decade. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and especially so during this global pandemic. Some challenges we had this trip can certainly be attributed to the virus, however...some things could be improved regardless. The rooms were understandably not cleaned daily. No problem. However, we had three people on our reservation and were provided no bedding for our young adult son. We went and found the janitor closet ourselves and got what we needed. We were given 2 coffee cups, 2 drinking cups, etc. to use. Again, we just went and found the third items. 4 K cups were provided; we went scavenging again for more, since we had a 3 night stay. I know it’s really an unprecedented event for our lifetimes, so we weren’t going to get upset at any of it...but many people would not be as understanding or familiar with the property as we are. My only ongoing complaint with the hotel is with the cooling system. It’s just not adequate for anyone using the pullout couch in the living room. The master bedroom receives the only vent in the unit, so the living area stays scorching hot in the summer. We have to leave the door to the bedroom open to try and get some sort of air circulating into the other rooms. Really, the hotel needs to provide a circulating fan, if they are unable to ever upgrade the vents in the units. This year is probably our last in this particular property, simply because of the poor air conditioning situation.

location was great staff was very nice especially the complementary wine tasting staff.

beautiful room and super staff. beautiful country and surrounding area.

The hotel is close to everything, was clean, room was not that big, very small refrigerator,I thought the daily fee for parking was excessive,$40.00/day.Restaurant was not what you would expect for the cost of the facility, room service breakfast was TERRIBLE!!!!You can access everything from the hotel,if you rent your equipment from Christy sports, they will store them for you, that is a plus.Overall, I give it an OK.I think we will try a different location next year.

for the price service, accommodation and overall quality is not commensurate

Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. They listen to every request we made. Great location, close to the slopes . Room was very clean .Definitely will come back next year.

Service was 5 stars and the room was a nice size suite. Short walk to the Centennial lift and to the ice skating rink.

We picked this place at the last minute. when we arrived, it was a Great Experience. Will return next year and spend more time as there are a lot of things to experience.

Adorable hotel. Such great attention to detail...it was my husband's birthday and not only did they make dinner reservations at Mirabelle for us but upon our return to our room, we found a chocolates & a personalized birthday card, signed by the staff. We will definitely come back! Love Beaver Creek Village!

Beaver Creek Lodge offers comfort in the gorgeous mountains. You hear rushing creek and whispering Aspens just steps away from shops, restaurants, and summer ice rink in Beaver Creek Village. Shuttles offer easy trip down to Avon, or call the Valet to bring your parked car. Suite includes sitting area with refrigerator and coffee maker for breakfast and snacks in the room. Hot tub helps recovery from hikes including to beautiful Beaver Creek Lake. Minor complaints include difficulty with wifi and sticky room door. Problem with hot water was fixed quickly upon complaint. Great location and value!

Perfect location in Beaver Creek. At the entrance of the village close to shops & restaurants. Easy access to ski lifts

Beaver Creek is a nice base location to see visit Vail, explore the Rockies and relax. The village wasn't overly busy in July, but everything was open and we had a enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful setting up some activities for us and helping explore our options. I'd like to try them out for skiing next time.

Best location for summer concert or performance at villar center. Only negative was that interior rooms have glass windows facing hallway - even with blinds closed folks still peer in. Very odd. Not sure why they don't put up a one way window film.

Great location in the Village. Great room layout and fantastic staff. We would book again.

Needed a place to stay near Avon, CO, for a night between a couple of days of bike riding. Check-in was easy and provided all the information I needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the valley. The bed was firm and comfortable, just how I like it. The bathroom had everything I needed, just would have liked a bathtub that was more than usual tub that I can't more than my legs under water. The coffee maker was easy to use. The only issue -- it was a two-mile climb to the hotel from Avon, which I had to do on my bike while carrying a backpack of overnight luggage -- but that's probably a unique problem...

We had a great time during the 4th of July weekend! My only complaint is the lack of seating at the pool. We will certainly stay here again.

This was a very expensive room and the main positives were efficient for access to ski lift at Beaver Creek and the personnel working at ski shop inside the building were very useful. There was a false fire alarm that went off and we had to evacuate the building during the cold. A major negative for the experience on that morning. Overnight parking was also very expensive.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Location superb. The highlight was the warm and sincere staff. Everybody was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again. It's not cheap, but a very good value by BC standards.
