Poor kitchen
bathroomnewly renovated so its nice but pillows were terrible, too soft with no neck support.
The location was excellent. Needs renovation, but OK. Front desk staff were very nice, but disappointed when I was told to check with Housekeeping for late check out. Lady in Housekeeping that answered my call was rude and would only give me an 11;00am check out. Front desk said 11;00 was standard check out. Our flight did not leave until 6pm in Denver so a noon or 1pm late check out would have been nice.

Suites are very small, but well appointed. Did not like the opening from front door to bedroom. Air conditioning was much appreciated, but 2.5 ft unit sitting in front of the fireplace for venting was unappealing and took up needed space.
Nice property and amenities. Was awoken by construction in the next room and the room below. Played video of the obnoxious noise at checkout and was told they shouldn’t start that early (but they did). Guest Service attitude was less than sympathetic.
Nice rooms, quiet, comfortable. Parking was a bit annoying.
Price point, convenience to local stores, front door shuttle service to the slopes. It would have been nice to have a tub in the room. After taking the elevator you still need to negotiate a half dozen stairs
Reasonable price. Room however was very smelly and I had to get some air freshener. They should have the kitchen vent out of the unit rather than recirculate

Great location and extremely helpful staff. Suite with full kitchenette was very nice, clean, in excellent condition, although having the bedroom right next to the door/hallway could be noisy in ski season.

Poor kitchen
Hi Joel. All of our rooms are suites providing a kitchenette to our guests. Can you let me know what specifically you were disappointed with in our kitchenette ?
