An amazing stay for the price. Hotel is high quality. Service and food were both outstanding! Coming back for sure.

Staff didn’t care; poor service and poor transportation to Denver airport

Great peaceful setting! Completely enjoyed the Beaver Creek area! The weather and the view are spectacular!

Very nice. Will definitely come back. Staff was great and helpful.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel! Starting from the hotel staff, the amenities it offers, its location ( right in the center ) to the easy access to the ski area .

I am very disappointed with Hyatt! I was attending a Trail Race event in conjunction with my Hyatt reservation in beaver Creek. Unfortunately, i became injured and had to defer the race to next year (2018). Although my Hyatt reservation was non-refundable, I was hoping to defer my reservation to next year as well. i would even pay any price difference or reasonable penalty if necessary. i just didn't want to lose all my investment!! Sadly, the front desk supervisor (Sharon) would not negotiate nor consider any possible option beyond their strict policy! Therefore, I lost out completely!! I couldn't make the trip. Hyatt is such a large corporation and a well-known "brand" name and yet, they could not find a way for us to work together towards a reasonable solution for an unfortunate situation for this customer! So much for customer-service!!

Hotel was stunning with many amenities. Sadly it was end of season, and many places including their own coffee shop was closed, thus for breakfast we needed to use room service or going to the main restaurant. Facilities are top of the line, our room was excellent, but I found the resort fee was pricey (50 dollars daily) and they didn't offering all they were promise for that fee, eg turndown service, etc...

Would come back again. Great location on the mountain.

I stayed at the Park Hyatt to go skiing in Beaver Creek and it was amazing. The hotel is in a great location at the base of the ski lifts. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was good, better than the other restaurants at the base of the hill. In the mid afternoon there was live music in the lounge and it packed with people relaxing and enjoying drinks after skiing. The service at the hotel was impeccable -- my husband wasn't feeling well and they stocked our fridge with coconut water, gatorade and bananas. As we walked through the lobby, two different staff members asked if he was feeling better. I definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

We went the weekend before all the local ski resorts open for a relaxing adults only trip. The hotel is gorgeous and has wonderful things to do: ice skating rink right out side, hot tubs, fitness center, pool, and during the season, skiing of course... However, on off season the restaurant at the hotel was a bit slow and didn't have the soup we tried to order. I could see some mold in the shower and around the sinks, but the room was beautiful and spacious. We would go back, especially during off season for a good rate.

The hotel localization is perfect, just next to the lifts. The room was very large and comfort. Taking a bath in the heated swimming pool and jacuzzis with snow around you were amazing!!!

You must try the barefoot massage or just visit the spa, which is free for guests. The ski in ski out services are beyond compare. The outdoor fire pit is a fun gathering, as well as the beautiful lobby with nightly entertainment. Staff speaks very good English and forgotten amenities are available. Great coffee pot. No mini bar.

Great stay but other parties paid less money at the door than I did through Orbitz. They paid $129 for a night's stay. I paid $60 more! I registered early and did a non-refundable payment.

Beautiful hotel...very pricey food... Additional party member registered late on-site and paid $70 per night less!!

Loved the landscaping and beautiful flowers everywhere!

Frustrated that when I went to hotel website to add and additional day I paid only $111.00 per room verses what I paid when booking through you.
