This newly-constructed, multi-level townhome, finished in refined neutrals, is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola, and set along the Eagle River and scenic bike path. This residence offers a luxuriant great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone-clad gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV; an epicurean kitchen with premium Bosch/Dacor appliances (including a wine refrigerator) and a waterfall-edge, eat-in island; plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include: three guest suites, each with a king-size bed and a magnificent attached bathroom, a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom, a bonus room with a queen size bed, hardwood flooring, designer lighting, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and space for one vehicle in the parking garage.
