An entire house just 5 meters next to the sea. Guests can swim, snorkel and fishing in front of the house.
The house has an open plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single bed, WC, 2 TVs. Second separate kitchen and laundry room. It features air conditioning, central heating and a large fireplace for the winter.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, electric stove, kettles, toaster, hair dryer, dishes, glasses, cutlery and towels.
Guests can enjoy their bathrooms at the best beach in the area and the organized beach bar of the area.
The archaeological site of Abdera and the port of Abdera are 2 km away.
A little further down there is the "Meze" - Breakfast & Grill with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a market and just below the famous beach bar of Myrodatos and the "Gorgona" Fish Tavern of Karatsoponaki.
Also within 5 km are the beautiful Avdira with taverns, pizzerias and shops. The neighborhood consists of holiday homes and its inhabitants are quiet and welcoming.
