Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 1-55 Location, location, location – a quick walk to the pool and spa, full ocean views from every room, plus a private balcony! This smartly decorated, town home style, end villa is perfect for one or two couples or a small family. The master suite, with a Cal king bed and full bath, are on the lower level, which has an exit door to the outside steps down to where the golf cart is parked. The living room with double sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen and second bath are on the main level. You may enter the villa from both levels (only 42 steps to the bedroom level). Free WiFi! 830 SFT H155 Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). The mattress on the bed was horrible,lumpy and sagged in the middle. The sheets were pilled, the hot tub was like warm, the kitchen cupboards were grimy. Had to wash the dishes before I used them. There was left over ice cream in the freezer. The windows did not work well, 40 year old crank style. For the cost, I expected more. The island was wonderful. I will be returning in the spring.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The views from the patio were stunning, and the included golf cart truly made exploring the area so much fun. Hamilton Cove was such an incredible community to be part of for the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hamilton Cove is the best place to stay on the Island. This unit as very nice. Well stocked and comfortable. The golf cart was a plus. The views are lovely. We very much enjoyed our small balcony. We would stay here again.

the location and the view is FANTASTIC. The mattress was horrible to the point that my back was hurting. they must immediately replace that. They need to ONLY Provide clean towels and sheets. This was the worst I had experienced. horrible products being offered as well. For shampoo it was probably a body wash. For the premium price we paid, at the very least I did expect to have descent mattress to sleep on, clean sheets and towels, better quality shampoo and conditioner and definitely descent pots and pans. Also the hair dryer was broken and the shower door was so old that it came out of place. I wished people would value and care more about guests experiences to do a good price to value offering. I would be okay if I paid 300 or 350 a night given all these things was not good with this property.

Nice view, but...

Great view, easy check in, AC worked well. Ants and spiders in condo, furniture/bed/pillows old, golf cart has bad gas fumes, windows hard to open, would not stay there again.
