The condo was well appointed with the exception that there could have been more bath towels. Also, listing states that there is a washer /dryer included and there wasn’t one. But the condo was very comfortable and we had a great time. Hamilton Cove is beautiful!

Great vacation!

The property was really nice and clean. Hamilton Cove is a great area, and having access to a golf cart really improved the stay since it made us able to get over to Avalon very easily. We really enjoyed the area and had a great family vacation.

Great Getaway!

Jose (Manuel) the Manager was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process throughout our entire stay. The condo had every amenity possible including a well equipped kitchen. Everything was so clean and cozy at the same time. The large 3 bedroom unit and the 6 passenger golf cart made our stay amazing!

Location was great, A/C kept us comfortable at night, and the added bonus of having a golf to get you to and from can't be beat. The unit was modern and clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Great property

This condo has it all! Perfect location for enjoying Catalina Island. There is a golf cart accessible, which helps you get in and out of town beautiful condo with two master bedrooms and plenty of space for everybody. I would highly recommend staying here!

Returning guests

This is our second time staying at this property 1066. We love the closeness of the secluded beach. There is no sand, it’s all rocks. The unit was great for us. We had 7 people with us. The golf cart is always a plus. I must warn that the brakes are not too great and the fuel indicator does not work. Other than that the golf cart fit all 7 of us. Which is a great way to move around the island. The host did let us drop off our luggage early, which was extremely helpful. Thank you! I do want a note a few things so the next guests are aware and prepared. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the outdoor noise/the people above us and the bed I slept in was creaking with every move I made. The shower had a hand held shower head that every time you slightly hit the hose part it would fall off and it hit my child and myself a few times in the head and back. Not a good feeling lol. The host said we had 8 towels stocked. We were there for 2 nights and 3 days. Additional towels/hand towels AND washcloths would have been great. I was told there is a laundry unit down the hall I could grab some more. Yet, having it stocked and ready would have been ideal. Other than that our stay was a lot of fun and would probably stay there again, I’d just choose the other bed next time lol

Wedding Stay

Unit was very nice. However, photos misleading. Cost was $1200 per night for 2 bedroom. Was under impression from photos we would have an ocean view. Not at all. So for that kind of money (five nights at $1200) we wanted an ocean view which pictures showed.

Catalina Vacation

Great experience for families with kids, fishing dock close by to fish, volleyball courts and playground. Location was perfect, and villa was exactly as pictured on site. Beautiful and well kept. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Great condo rental!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! It was clean, modern, and stocked with everything you could ever need. The Hamilton Cove condo property itself is gorgeous and in a perfect location with beautiful views. The included golf cart with the rental is a huge bonus to explore the island with! Jose was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the rental and during our stay. I highly recommend this rental!

Strongest positive recommendation possible.

Manny was the perfect host going way over the top in helping us from check in to check out. He was most accommodating. The place was amazing and the upgrades spectacular. Loved the two en-suite bathrooms for our family. Also loved the golf cart. After staying in many Hamilton Cove condos for the past 36 years we will be returning to this one as our first choice.

This was one of the most enjoyable vacations I have ever had. I celebrated my 60th Birthday with wife and kids. Absolutely wonderful! A beautiful condo within a breathtaking property. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the very near future.

Best place to stay in Avalon

This property is amazing. Very spacious and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The community has a lot to offer and do. Location of this unit is great- near the private beach, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Lots of nice upgrades. Key amenity is having a golf cart to respectfully utilize. Host is quick to respond and communicate. Will definitely be back.

Great condo in Avalon

We really enjoyed our stay at Manuel's property. The unit was super clean, and had tons of space to accommodate our group of 6. We appreciate the booking came with a golf cart, and the bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The villa was VERY nice. It had everything you would need in a home, additionally, the decor and amenities very up-to-date. Beautiful location. Host Jose and Rosie were very attentive and responsive to our questions, and whenever we needed help. Planning to return next year.
