Quaint detached garage apartment located in back of our home. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of free street parking.
5 minutes from the University Of Texas
5-10 minutes from downtown Austin.

One queen size bed, small side table to dine at along with a mini fridge and kitchenette.
Enjoy the outdoors on your private balcony.

Best suited for single travelers or doubles. Not a party house. Family oriented and you will occasionally see our mini goldendoodle running around.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Great little one bedroom apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. My wife and I were in town for a few concerts and this was a great place to come back to and unwind after experiencing the city.
