Good stay. Clean room, quiet, bed was comfortable with large pillows. Room had microwave & frig, but no coffee maker. They have a coffee machine in the lobby, available 24/7. The airport shuttle was not available due to staffing issue, but the hotel ordered an Uberfor us instead.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers complimentary shuttle service, which is very convenient for travelers. The staff were kind and attentive to guest inquiries. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also provides complimentary EV charging services.

I would highly recommend a stay here. It is a really new facility which never hurts. It is a lot quieter than a lot of the other hotels near the Austin airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly, beds were comfortable and a reliable standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast to top it off.

Room was clean, staff was working. Only had 2 towels in our bathroom, must have cut back on resources. Tenants above us were making noise all night long just by walking. Breakfast was a joke, husband wanted pancakes and was suppose to get 3 only got 2 1/2 and "paper" plates were so thin his syrup soaked right thru them. Coffee was not hot and no cream and sugar after breakfast hours.

I was glad to find this Holiday Inn Express that is all but new, near ABIA. My wife and I stayed overnight 22 Dec 2025 before she flew to Newark. The night clerk was a very affable young man and very willing to assist. The beds were the best hotel beds we have EVER slept on. They are not like morgue slabs. Pillows were great. Everything clean. The day crew were also very friendly. The breakfast had plenty offerings. Let's face it however, it is not the likes of nice restaurant, but it is palatable. Customers can actually park there for free as long as they are registered. Maybe some other local hotels should take a hint.

I reserved Holiday inn Express by mistake instead of Holiday inn which were 1 mile from each other. I requested to move my reservation to Holiday Inn but it was denied and the checking service was not very nice at holiday inn express. They need to be more friendlyThank you.
