mattress needs to be replaced. I could feel the indentations on the bed. woke up with sore back

Nice hotel and served well to our purposes. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It is near a shopping area, so lots of restaurants, stores and movie theaters.

Everything was good with this hotel! Only thing that would have made it excellent would benif they had feee breakfast ! For the money i do not believe it would be unreasonable

Needed a place to crash after plumbers crashed through our ceiling. Everything was great.

Found a great deal on the website for this hotel and couldn't pass it up. Very clean and up to date hotel.

The service was beyond great and everyone was so fantastic....

My first dislike was that they remodeling the pool and that was one of the reasons why we booked it. For its indoor pool. Staff was a little rude when checked in i asked for continental breakfest and they said no. Nothing is free here its all ala cart. So not even coffe in the morning for free.

Stayed one night to attend a show and the hotel was perfect. Clean, well decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again

I'm not a fan of the new biz model with the Bistro - much prefer traditional comp breakfast buffet and coffee in the lobby (or even their previous fabulous breakfast buffet for which they charged) but this was the best priced, last-minute deal. Located in the upscale Arboretum area, it is within walking distance of good restaurants, shopping and cinemas. Rooms are very clean and comfy and the a/c is quiet and efficient. We were in town for a wedding and the location was a short drive to both the wedding downtown and the rehearsal dinner at Lake Travis.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this clean and quiet room. The staff were extremely friendly. When my key didn't work, they made me another promptly and then slipped a card under my door while I was out to dinner. The card had a note of apology along with a coupon for a free item from their little market. I would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying in Northwest Austin as we have friends living closeby. The first time we stayed next door at the Residence Inn. This time we decided to stay at the Courtyard as we didn't need a kitchen. We were travelling with 2 kids under 5 so we had a king size bed and a sofa bed. This worked out well. The room was very clean and modern and it was a good size for the 4 of us. If we hadn't been visiting our friends for meals, we may have gone for the Residence Inn again. This was a bit more upmarket than the Residence Inn but the lobby did feel quite small. The indoor pool was great and ideal for cooling off in the hot Austin sun. We had breakfast at the hotel on the Sunday which was included in our room price. I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we got great service from the staff. She was very attentive and helpful. The food was good for that type of breakfast and everyone was happy! We were very happy with the Courtyard for a few nights stay. It is a bit of a drive to downtown Austin but it suited us as we were visiting friends in the area. There are lots of amenities close to the hotel- shops, restaurants etc so it suited us well in that respect too.

At Least there wasn't any bedbugs

super comfy bed!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, in the heart of great places to eat. The staff was very professional and helpful. We will stay here the next time we are in Austin!

The hotel was great, good location, clean spacious rooms and even had a good sized couch. Was nice and quiet as well, great for relaxing during you stay. Will stay there every time we visit Austin!!! :)

The room was advertised as King bed, sofabed and living sitting area. I had a small, cramped room with king bed. It was clean, the staff was friendly, but not what Orbitz had advertised.

Thank you for your recent review regarding your stay with us at the beautiful Courtyard Austin Northwest. We sincerely apologize for your less than perfect stay and can understand your disappointment when waking up with a sore back. All of our rooms were recently renovated where all mattresses have been replaced. We apologize this was uncomfortable for you and do hope you will consider staying with us again in the near future!
