Staff was very attentive to anything I needed. Construction was going on at the time so parking was a little scarce, but I was very satisfied with my stay.

Going through construction. Did not notify me about this before getting reservation. Closed the hotel Bistro\Bar after breakfast. Which really sucked. The pool\fitness center was closed.
Car was not broken in but driver side drive door was broken by someone while in parking lot. Car scratches and door will not work properly
Room thermostat was broken, overall cleanliness was substandard.

Stayed on Christmas night. Front desk clerk seemed to be the only employee working, and was doing a great job on her own. Covid has made it difficult for businesses to find and keep employees which is so unfortunate.
This was horrible. At 3 in the morning our a/c stopped working I went down no one was anywhere to be found after about 1…2 hours we gave up and slept in our vehicle it was horrible. Please don’t stay here ever. Upon check in we waited for 23 minutes and finally the guy comes down to check us in laughing speaking to somebody. I wish I could get a refund because it was dirty, we found somebody’s underwear in the nightstand.
The room had no air working they switched us to a different one and that also was not working properly mind your it’s very hot !! And then they charge my credit card $270 because of old cigarette butts on the balcony I never smoked a day in my life !
Decent hotel.
I liked the location and the balconies. The pool was good too- considering the weather kept us inside mostly!
The property is updated, but has old bones. The walls are super thin and we could hear kids watching TV in the room next to ours. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are better options at this price point.
Overhaul the property was ok, a little dated but clean.
