This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a twin size futon in the living room, and a twin size sleeper sofa in the game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, an office area, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 is available for guest use. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Garage is not available for guest use.
• Please note the back deck is a shared space.
• This property offers convenient access to a nearby bus line that connects you to the UT campus, downtown, the Long Center, the Warehouse District, and even shuttle services for musical events—making it easy to explore the best of the city without the hassle of driving.
• This home is pet friendly. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs, under 35 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
