Stay at this brand new all-suite hotel in Austin, just steps away from all the entertainment on 6th street, for an authentic Texan vacation, including fine Southern hospitality and charm.
The 2 bedroom unit ranges from 1079 - 1136 sq. feet and comes fitted with a King bed, a Queen bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests.
It includes 2 full bathrooms, full Kitchen, 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in living room), DVD player, 3 ceiling fans (one in each bedroom and one in living room), washer/dryer in unit, in room safe for valuables, and a balcony/patio to complete the unit.
Elevator and stairs can be accessed.
Parking is available at the on-site garage for $30 per night / per vehicle with in and out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7 ft. in order to park in the garage.
There is no shuttle service to and from the airport. We suggest using Uber or Lyft.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Wonderful condo, great location
This was a group friends trip but ended up being just 2 of us. Would have been perfect even if we were 4. The condo is roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Great views and walking distance to 6th Street and pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. We were so busy we didn't get to use the pool but it looked great. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication leading up to check-in.
