The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!

Beds were very comfortable, room very clean, however hotel next to train tracks. Both nights we were there, hardly slept because numerous times in the night trains would sound their horns approaching and leaving the area.

Hotel side of the casino is located right alongside freight train tracks. The noise when a train comes by is deafining. They only come a few times a day, but when they come at night expect to be jolted from bed from rumbling and horns

The room smelled like an old smoking room. It smelled like old people. The toilet wasn't clean. There was not anything in the toilet but it had a ring. That's nasty and that should have been seen. There was a last-minute thing, but I don't think I'll stay here again

Carpet and floors were sticky, window and window treatments dirty. even though we had a no smoking room you could still smell stale cigarette smoke. It was a terrible experience. They need to update and have a thorough cleaning done to this place!!

You walk into the lobby and it smells like smoke. Elevators also smell. We live in a state where you can't smoke in a hotel or casino. Not the case in Indiana. The first room they gave us had no lampshades. We were told there were no other rooms available. They searched for shades. No shades either. Magically another room was available. This room had stains and sticky spots on the carpet. Four times during the night we had trains rolling down tracks and the horn blaring every few seconds. Turns out there are active train tracks just 75 feet from the side of the building we were on. The next morning, we discovered that there were only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. 3 of us in the room. Asked housekeeping for towels - None. Asked the lobby for towels - none. Asked housekeeping again - suddenly they had 4. Like some hotels - not enough outlets. You have to come prepared with many extension cords with 3-outlet connections. The sink countertop was only large enough for one person's toiletries bag. The sink took up most of the space. Hope you like the temperature that the hotel sets it to. You can't adjust the temperature. The morning of checkout, a housekeeper was wandering the halls asking people if they are checking out. She was on the hunt for towels. They totally ran out and needed them to be washed. There's probably more, but I think that I've painted an accurate picture of the hotel experience.

smoking room ask for non smoking i asked can it be switched the person at the front desk looked at me like i was crazy if all hotels was not full i would of left i liked the hotel it was clean it just smoke in the room the towels i want a partial refund i can’t be around smoke tried to explain to the lady at the desk o was not happy about the smoke all over the room everywhere
