We traveled to Augusta for the Ironman 70.3 race in September. The location is pretty close to transition and packet pick up (about 10 minutes away). Close to Augusta Country Club amd Augusta National (about 10 minutes away). There is a nice little park 1 block away for pets. The yard is nice and fenced as well. The check in and out were seamless and hassle free. Having recliners to watch TV is really nice. There are plenty of dishes and towels as well as a start up of Keurig Coffee pods. It is charming and cozy. We slept in the bedroom closest to the kitchen and the mattress was also comfortable. The only drawback is the bathroom. It is small but the sink is very small and short. Otherwise this is a cozy stay.

Great Little house

This place was exactly what we needed for our trip to Augusta. It was comfortable and clean, and the property manager did a great job at communicating. My only issue was the poorly stocked kitchen. Not at all a big deal if you don’t plan on eating in.

A Cozy Home Away from Home

I absolutely loved this home! The modern style was right up my alley and the coziness of this home is perfection! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown medical district, it provides comfort convenience and safety. Eddie was an outstanding host that communicated quickly to answer any questions and was very friendly. Everything you could possibly think of was provided in this home. I absolutely look forward to our upcoming visits in the summer

Nice & inviting

We stayed local while having work done to our home. The property is well maintained & met all of our needs. The bathroom is a little small but as to be expected in an older home. The only thing that would have been nice to have is some warmer blankets for the bedding since its winter. I would recommend & would stay again if i needed to.

Augusta cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in Augusta. It was a perfect location for outings with our pups and to get together with family in the area. The home was nicely updated with a wonderful fenced backyard and deck. There were lots of extra touches to make this cottage comfortable for a small family with pets. Still some clean-up post storm in some parts of Augusta when we visited in late November 2024, but was not a problem getting around.

Family Style Home

Beautiful home 🏡 clean and well supplied. Snacks and cold water in the fridge were an amazing touch 😋 We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable and clean. Would be a great place to stay for a long visit.

Comfy cottage

Our family stayed in this home and it was perfect for accommodating our needs. We had to extend our stay and the host was very understanding of our situation.The home was cute, very nice and clean and it comes fully furnished with cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed grilling on the grill outside. Our pets were happy in this house too. I would definitely stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay. This is definitely worth every bit. And the park is only a block from the house.

My family and I had to find a place to stay last minute , and this was the easiest process we’ve ever had ! The host replied fast and made sure we were accommodated . The house was lovely and so clean it felt like home ! I would definitely booked again :)

Absolute best!

I've stayed in many places since 11/23-but Eddie has hands down the best rental! This house is the most complete in any category you can imagine. It was the nicest. It had amenities galore (starting with music playing in the entire house as I walked in). Kitchen was fully stocked (including bottled water in the fridge and an overflowing goody bowl left for guests). Alexa will help with lights. Nice screened porch with a mini table/chairs great for morning coffee. TV in living room and a HUGE one in the den with adjustable couch. TV's have streaming along with YouTube TV so you can watch live. Main bedroom had TV and comfy bed. Furniture throughout is beautiful, stylish. Eddie is responsive and great to deal with. Great stay all around!

Lovely little house

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The house was very efficiently arranged. We had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We definitely will try to stay here again the next time we are in Augusta.
