Nestled at the top of the hill, offering ocean glimpses and surrounded by native bush, this newly renovated three-bedroom property is centrally located adjacent to Oneroa Village.

The Space:
You are spoilt for choice with three beaches just minutes away: Oneroa Beach, Little Oneroa and Blackpool. Do take the short coastal walk from the end of Little Oneroa beach to be rewarded with spectacular views and great picnic spots.

Pop down to Four Square for your groceries, then relax and enjoy the property and cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. With an open plan kitchen and living space, you are never far from the conversation. Soak up the sun on the large deck at the entrance of the property.

Two bedrooms are located at the rear end of the property offering a queen bed in each and garden views on the ground level. You’ll have to toss a coin for the third king bedroom located upstairs with large windows looking out across the island with sea views in the distance. A separate laundry unit is located at the property for your use.

With an abundance of fruit trees and gardens, Oneroa Village Oasis is ideal for kids as plenty of room for backyard games and picnics. Make the most of the sheltered deck to the side with a good book and glass of wine to enjoy the sea breeze and wind down after a busy day visiting the island’s attractions.

There’s comfortable parking for two-vehicles or board the local buses to traverse the island. The hop on / off bus is available for your winery specific transport or why not rent a bike from the local bike shop just a five-minutes walk from the property.

And if you are looking forward to dining out, there is a great selection of cafes and restaurants at your door step for morning coffee and breakfast, with Oyster Inn, Fenice and Red Crab - to name a few - for your lunch and dinner.

With new exhibitions each month, don’t miss a visit to the Waiheke Community Art Gallery and next door is the famous Waiheke Island Community Cinema with its soft leather couches just made for sinking into.

Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid February and most of April, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
