Great location for getting to the mall and train station. Being next to an auto shop is not an issue at all. Doesn't come with parking but there are a few on the street and it was free 6pm to 9am. Apartment has everything you need. It's quite a dark cave type space with not much natural light so is good for people like us that were onky there at night. Not somewhere you'd hang out during the day.
