Accessed via a charming path and approximately 100 steps, the villa also benefits from being only a short five-minute walk to the beach. Its unique, multi-level layout—featuring four main tiers connected by internal and external steps—creates a dynamic and characterful living experience, though it may not be ideally suited for guests with limited mobility.
Ground FloorOutdoors, a spacious partially covered terrace offers elegant lounge areas with chaises longues, as well as a dining space complete with tables and chairs. Guests can enjoy a traditional pizza oven, outdoor sink, and a refreshing external shower.Indoors, the villa features a large living room with direct access to the terrace, an additional more intimate sitting room, and a guest half bathroom. A few steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. From the living area, a further 20 steps lead to a double bedroom with private terrace and en-suite bathroom.
First LevelReached via 15 steps, this level hosts five double bedrooms and two elegant suites. It also benefits from an independent entrance directly from the access path.
Second LevelA further 14 steps lead to this level, where guests will find one suite and an additional double bedroom.
