The reason I gave 3 stars is due to Christina, their so-called and only concierge.
She doubles and covers the front desk. We rented 5 rooms. She tried to charge double for some of the rooms claiming we had not paid THRU Orbitz for executive level.
Then as their pretend concierge she books us a van and last minute (as we were boarding the van) charged an extra $1500 pesos.
Incompetent lady. The RIU must not take the concierge position serious enough to place a full time intelligent person in that position.
Other than that, The hotel is marvelous. Most of the Staff attentive and very helpful.
