Located just one block from the beautiful bay sunsets, and 3 blocks to your toes in the sand...

When you enter the front door, you're greeted with a vast main living room naturally lit by the summer sun. The room is spacious with plenty of seating around a sectional sofa and additional chairs for the whole family to gather around. When you walk through the living room and up a small step, you'll get to the dining area where you'll be able to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeout from one of the many fantastic restaurants walking distance from the home. Keep going and you reach the welcoming front porch where the whole family can lounge on the outdoor sofa and table.

Head back inside and walk toward the back of the house and you'll find the sizable kitchen, equipped with high end appliances and a large kitchen island with additional seating. You'll also have a personal coffee station with plenty of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar to get the morning caffeine boost we all need! Through the kitchen back door, you'll get to the private, fenced back yard which boasts a large back patio, additional tables and chairs for more seating, a brand new weber grill awaiting the summer BBQ you've been dreaming of.

Back inside, walk up the steps to the spacious second floor. At the end of the hall you'll find the (massive!!) primary bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. There is a large standing shower with tile floors and walls, and even towel warmers for those cooler days on the walls. The double vanity means there is enough space for everyone to enjoy!

When you need some rest, there are 3 sizable bedrooms, plenty of closet space for all of your belongings. Each bedroom has room darkening shades to ensure quality sleep. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the "purple" bedroom and a fantastic balcony where you can catch nice views of the sunset and bay!

Heading back outside in the backyard, you'll notice a second large building, the cottage. Inside you'll have an entire living space equipped with a large TV for entertainment, it's own washer and dryer, a kitchen and appliances perfect for quick meals and two additional bedrooms. The living room has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping, and the upstairs bedroom boasts both a trundle and futon to make room for the whole family!

To the left, you'll see the garage which stores many beach chairs, beach wagons and all of the gear required to make your stay easy.
