There was blood stains on the bathroom door, sink mirror and roaches in the dresser draw, black mold in the shower, broken glass behind the mini fridge. 0/10 experience. Customer Service was rude. There was no employee in the lobby upon arrival.
After realzing they were infested with cocroaches and showing them and complaining i was told id recieve a refund within 48 hours i have not recieved the refund and when i called and spoke with managment they now told me i have to have the refund thru orbitz! Dont know if ill ever get my refund! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
No mirrors in the room, very poor lighting. The toilet had a bunch of water marks in it like if it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
First when I arrived and checked in the process was done outside in the cold as they won’t let anyone into the lobby. Then I get to my room which was already open and the smoke detector was going off and the room smelled like body sweat. I complained and asked for another room and they refused. Said the rooms left on orbitz that are listed as available are filled with furniture that they stored in there. They told me to remove the batteries from the smoke detector and I told them that it is unsafe to do that. They said “well you can check out”. Having no choice I stayed which I shouldn’t have. As soon as I laid on the bed I realized there was no fitted sheet but just a top sheet. As soon as I laid down the sheet moved and I could see the mattress was beige in color from stains and 10 minutes into me sitting there I started itching. The itching and feeling things were crawling all over me didn’t stop and so I left. I dropped off my keycard in their window and drove home.
Everything was terrible,the owner of this property was very rude.She didn't honer the price of the booking i did a couple of month's ago so when I arrived she already had canceled me and ask for double the money i originally booked it for.will never booked with Orbitz again!!!! Horrible experience.....
So my daughter and I stayed 1 night here and it was the worst place I've ever stay the tub was gross and the towels and rags was so dirty it looked like someone washed dried and waxed their car then hung it for us to wash. It was cheap but trust me it's not worth it.
15 mins away from the AC strip. It's cheap and comfortable. Many places to eat around.
I dont want to be picky because the price was more than fair, but improvements in cleanliness is needed. I was traveling solo but if I was with my family I probably would have checked out.

The location and rate was reasonable for a couple nights..y advice will ne to book online as opposed to just walking into the office...It is quiet..staff is friendly and accomodating to your requests...will go back again
Bathroom floor and toilet was very dirty, towels had yellow stains, beds were very uncomfortable. I was not expecting much for the price but still, it could have been much cleaner. The beds didn't even have a box spring, only a mattress the wooden frame. Would not stay here again.

I was unable to find the location of this hotel, and took different one. Front desk person was'n speaking English good enough to give directions to the hotel. I hope this hotel will be eliminated this from the list in order to provide better service.

it is a no frills value for money motel if you want to spend a weekend in Atlantic city. if you are picky about colors of wallpaper (or comforters) or old furniture then this one is not for you. I rented a room for $80 on sat night..the cheapest AC room was $200.

I set up this trip for my boyfriend's 55th birthday. The room was small, there wasno cable tv. I had booked aroom with a jacuzzi, they had none when i got there. Our electric had went out. Went to call them on the phone and the phone did not work. Had to go to the office and report it. Room was dirty, had no toliet paper. Spent the first hour of the vist just trying to get towels & toliet paper. You showed the room on the internet, well thats not how the rooms look. The room was not worth my 84.00 dollars. If my money was not on my credit card we would of left. But it is hard to get a rienbursement. Thank god it was only for one night. I really wish I could get a refund. You asked and here are my comments. Oh and my boyfriend reminded me about the big gap under the door where the cold air was coming in, which was about 2 foot from the bed. He was upset that i spent my money on this because he was not content at all. He spent his birthday all night flicking thru the 7 stations that were avilable on the tv. Happy birthday to him................................................
