Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all new appliances great for entertaining after those long lazy days at the beach. Nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Just 88 steps to the beach and no busy street to cross. Park your car and forget it. Take the kids one block to the Sandcastle playground, tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts, or stroll the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Two large decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. You are close to the ocean you can hear it at night. The property is kept CLEAN at all times and shows pride of ownership. Location, location, location

We loved staying at this property. Had 2 young children with us so being so close to the beach was great. Found fun stuff for the kids just 1 and 2 blocks from condo. One night of karoke and another night of parking lot dancing just for the kids. Condo really clean and felt so comfortable. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beach home.

Lovely home that is beautifully updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together reconnecting with family and making more ocnj memories. Perfect space to house our kiddos and two sets of inlaws. Just a half block walk to the beach. Hosts were super easy to work with especially when we asked for a last minute extension due to an unexpected loss in our family in the days leading up to the funeral.

We stayed at this property two Falls ago and loved it and it is even better now as the owners were very responsive to replacing twin bed beds that are so soft and wonderful. Girls Weekend

We decided to spend a girls weekend in OCNJ celebrating 30 years of friendship. This house was perfect. The location, cleanliness and layout of the condo was perfect for groups. I’ve been coming to OCNJ for family vacations for decades including years with lots of small children in tow. You just can’t beat this location. Situated on a quiet street, the house is a very short walk to a playground, a grocery store, the beach and even a few restaurants. Yet, you still experience the quiet charm of OCNJ’s South End. The house itself is outfitted with up-to-date amenities, ample seating and a deck.

We loved this place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was nice that small amenities were provided - tp, dishwashing liquid, trash bags. The hosts were very timely in responding to questions. We also really love the location - close to beach and shopping.
