• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is from 10pm until 8am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled quickly for you. Text is best!

• No pets allowed at this condo.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Please be sure to clean the grill after use, if applicable.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, decor was nice, plenty of seating. The view was beautiful. The walk way to the beach was very easy especially with 2 kiddos. We also loved the screened-in porch for the kids! The beach was not crowded and the condo was quiet and peaceful. The kids loved having the pool. Check in was super easy, loved the key pad instead of having to keep up with keys. The host Landie was wonderful. She is very kind and efficient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying again in the future!

We always look forward to staying at island time and will plan our trip around the availability of this beautiful condo. The owner/host is delightful to work with. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped. The mattresses are very comfortable, even the twin mattresses in the second bedroom. We love the balcony sitting areas for listening to the waves and the birds. The skylight in the main living area is a stunning architectural feature. The location is perfect as a home base for exploring Beaufort, Morehead City and even a day trip to New Bern. We look forward to our next visit to Island Time! Thank you Landie!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and convenient to the ocean getaway!The view is wonderful and we enjoyed getting our morning, coffee and tea and sitting up there on the screened in porch to listen to and watch the waves!Convenient access to the beach and pool with many more amenities that we didn’t have time to get to!

Landie was the best host I think I have ever had. Not only was she prompt in all communications, she just had a great attitude. We felt right at home at the property. The proximity to the beach and was great. The beds were comfortable. The beach was nice and and clean and even in the Labor Day weekend because of the gated access to the beach it wasn’t crowded.the view is awesome and the screened porch is a definite bonus.
