Roaches found in one room. The second room they moved me to there was fecal matter in the toilet. I requested to check out and the staff was not helpful at all. Ended up finally getting it cancelled and booking at doubletree for a bit more but well worth it.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights. It was a great place. Close to the beach, quiet, let friendly and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. There was a pool (didn't use it) but condition was good. Kristen worked both front desk and bar, see was absolutely the best at both.

Overall, a wonderful experience! Would stay again and would recommend to friends Our family of 4 stayed in a suite style room with a golf course view - 2 queens, separate sitting area with desk and wet bar. We found the room very clean, although floors were not thoroughly clean (e.g. dust, debris in corners). Towels were nice, basic white towels; beds were pleasant to sleep in. Despite some fancy touches this is not a luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay at a very convenient walk to the beach, then stay here. We enjoyed the pool, appreciated the loaner beach wagons, and found the room to be a generous size for the money.

Not worth your money

We stayed on the 4th floor. The hallway was so hot, there was no AC working. The 4th floor was suppose to be pet free but a room close to us walked out with a large dog. The elevators were in bad shape. Plus they charge 15.00 a day to park and use a rusty bicycle. No hotel like that should be charging to park. Just another way to rip someone off. This use to be a Hampton Inn and Suites. They basically just changed the name and did not remodel

The hotel room was very clean. The staff was excellent! From the front desk to housekeeping every staff member I encountered was so friendly. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Overall the hotel could use a little TLC. But, I would definitely stay there again!
