Classic Oceanfront Beach Cottage by Oceanana Pier

You and your family will enjoy this two story classic oceanfront cottage, located only blocks from the Oceanana Fishing Pier towards Fort Macon.

This oceanfront cottage, nestled amongst the dunes, is perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and listening to the waves washing ashore. A private foot path from the cottage`s backdoor will have your toes in the sand on a quiet beach moments after you arrive.

The main level of the cottage (or second floor) has an open, bright and cheery professionally decorated design with an updated kitchen, dining area, living room and fireplace. There are three bedrooms (two queens and a king) and two full bathrooms on this level. Enjoy lovely outdoor dinners while overlooking the dunes and water on the covered porch that features a large outdoor dining table and seating area. The ground level features two bedrooms (a queen and two twin trundle beds that pop up to create two king size beds) and a full bathroom. Outside there is an outside lower patio with a gas grill.

There are two TV’s, one in the upstairs living room and one downstairs in the large trundle room for those rainy days.

This cottage sleeps 10 easily. Parking for 4 cars. Nonsmoking. No pets are allowed.
INCLUDED: WIFI, high-speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels. This will save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with clean, fresh linens and complete sets of towels will be available. Beach bikes can be rented and delivered to the house before you arrive, some beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your enjoyment.

The house was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was well equipped and there were several beach chairs in the storage closet which is very convenient. The only thing that surprised us (in a good way) was that the twin beds in downstairs bedroom are trundle beds. This our second stay here and we would come back again

Lovely location on the beach. Inside is much larger than how it appears from the street. It’s an older beach house that has been partly remodeled. The kitchen is small but well stocked with what you need for food prep.

Sunny days at Atlantic Beach

We loved the location right behind the dunes. We spent the most time on the deck with a pretty, breezy view. The decor was charming, the kitchen well supplied, there were plenty of toys and beach chairs, and comfortable beds. The beach towels were an unexpected touch.

Fun Stormy Weekend

We came to Atlantic Beach for a scuba diving weekend but tropical storm Ophelia had other ideas. Nice cottage to hunker down in and the property manager was very attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice little cottage right on the water perfect location beach was not overcrowded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals which was helpful. Wonderful vacation

I’m still thinking about the vacation we had at this house in July. The location on the beach is perfect and the house was the right size for 3 kids and 6 adults. The outside shower and deck overlooking the beach and pier were my favorites. The neighbors are nice and Stacy was great to work with! The beds were comfortable too. Slept great!

Family Gathering

The location was excellent. We had our children and grandchildren under 6 with us and the house worked for us. We loved the view and the ease of having the sheets, towels, beach towels, and kitchen ready for our stay. Having the garage for the kids to play corn hole and be contained was very helpful.
