Weekend getaway

Very outdated rooms. Needs many repairs. The air conditioning cut off during the night both nights. The hallway shower is not practical for adults. The walk to the beach was a good distance not easy to be able to make trips back to your room. The after hours checkin process was great. The pool is nice the hot tub was closed when we got back from dinner which would be the best time to use it. The main bed was very comfortable but not the twin size. There was no curtains on one of the windows in the bedroom and the outside light caused the room to be very bright all night.

Resort is very old, room had old foundation. Our room was very dusty. TV’s were very small and e place did not have a good floor plan.

This was our first time staying here and now we will be taking yearly trips to A Place at the Beach!!! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of cooking materials to get us through a quick weekend trip (bowls, casserole dishes, silverware, spatulas). The pool was just a little walk down the stairs and the beach was less than 5 minutes! The pool was a hit with my family- my son and husband went down the water slide probably a hundred times! It was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time. Next year (when the kids are older) we will take time to do all the other activities they have around the complex. Overall it was a 10/10 stay. We will be back, thank you!
