This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that sits 4, as well as a dining table that seats 4. Washer/dryer available on the 2nd floor on the building if you need it. Bedding includes 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. While it is close to downtown Atlantic Beach shopping and restaurants, it is off the beaten path to allow for privacy. With a private beach access, you are minutes away from the beach! If you chose to eat out, this condo is a short drive away from many great restaurants! Choose a day spent lounging around the pool or playing in the refreshing water while the kids enjoy their own kiddie pool. Guests can also enjoy the laundry facility, located on the first floor of each building. Enjoyable Beach Vacay

This condo was super clean when we arrived and nicely decorated! It’s well stocked with plenty of kitchen items and starter paper items just as described. Be prepared for lots of stairs but the views are definitely worth being on the third floor. The early morning beach views were so peaceful and beautiful! The location is perfect, we were close enough to the pool to see our family. The complex is family friendly and overall very quiet. We used the public beach access instead of the condo one. The walkway is much better and you don’t have to hike over the dunes. The beds were super comfortable!Overall a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach!

Overall a positive vacation

Overall our visit was great. The property manager was responsive when we first contacted her. We were on the 3rd floor. But, one thing to know, there is no elevator. For someone like me having recently had major surgery that was a big deal. My husband and I stayed in the master. The bed was great! However, the TV was not in working order, and there was no remote. That would have been helpful on the day it rained all day. I would have been good to have a lamp in the bedroom. That way one person could rest/sleep, while the other could read. Without the use of the TV, I read a book, but had to leave the main light on from the ceiling. We were a multigenerational group and the main TV was occupied by others. We did have a view of the ocean and used the grills that are on the property. Some of our party enjoyed the use of the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Make sure to bring a dishcloth if you prefer to wash with that instead of a sponge. We only found a sponge that was previously used. The location was beach front, with a good walk for exercise!! Beautiful views!! The waters were rough during our stay so we were able to grab some wonderful finds tossed up by the ocean. The beach front is well maintained and a perfect place to rest and relax. Just what you want from a beach trip!!
