Island Beach Racquet Club 105H is a lovely Soundside condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. This condo's location in Atlantic Beach gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and historic Beaufort.

This condo is on the first floor with a great kitchen that provides plenty of room and amenities including a refrigerator with attached ice maker and wine refrigerator, as well as a welcomin dining area and living area. Sliding doors open to private screened in balcony where you can relax and enjoy surrounding views and sea breeze.

Total bedding includes 1 Queen, 1 Double, 4 Twins.

Amenities include: High Speed Wireless Internet, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Wine Refrigerator, Screened Porch, Deck Furniture, and Ceiling Fans.

Island Beach Racquet Club Community Amenities Include: Building Elevators, 3 Outdoor Pools and Kiddie Pool (pool typically open May 1st - Oct 15th 9am - 10pm), Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Showers, Laundry Area, Sound Access via paved walkway, Grilling Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, On-site Playground. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up 2 parking passes.

Excellent stay but no washer and dryer in unit - that was not clear before we rented.

Great location, great pool and tennis courts. No one was playing but would have loved to play if other advanced tennis players were around. Would like to brink one o]\[-our college players the next time, or find a time when more players are there,

We enjoyed staying at the property. There were two cleanliness issues which involved a dead bug under a chair and a trash bin that has not been emptied. We told the housekeeping manager when he dropped by. Additionally we had some issues with the lock but they repaired it on our last day. Overall we would stay again.
